Medovik the beloved Eastern European honey cake, is a timeless dessert made of many delicate layers infused with the warm flavor of honey. For many who grew up in Eastern Europe, its rich yet comforting taste instantly brings back memories of childhood celebrations and family gatherings.
Our version offers a lighter, more wholesome take on this classic. We prepare it with either spelt flour or a gluten-free flour blend, and upon request it can be made with traditional honey or pure maple syrup.
