At ChocoBliss we use only the finest, organic plant-based ingredients. Our chocolate never contains any refined sugars, cane sugar, or gluten.
We only use the highest quality of Cacao available, known as Fino de Aroma (Trinitario, Criollo and Forastero). These beans are sourced only from local growers in Peru, Ecuador, and Venezuela.

Raw Chocolate has become a very popular superfood.
Raw Chocolate is made from raw organic cocoa butter, cocoa paste, and cacao nibs and are not heated beyond 42 C (107.6 F).
This lower heating process preserves important minerals such as Iron, Zinc, Magnesium, Copper and vitamins such as Vitamin C. It is also suggested that uncooked Cacao D

Choco Bliss Chocolate has a 1.5 to 12 month shelf life depending on the flavor .
Chocolate with filling has a shorter shelf life .
Air temperature should remain between 50 and 70 F
& Humidity 0 - 55%. (Raw Chocolate and water don't mix well. High humidity may cause "sugar bloom".)
Keep Chocolate away from direct sunlight.
